At Kilo Tech, we typically save our customers between 60-80% vs. OEM contracts. We customize service level agreements (SLA’s) to meet the most stringent technical requirements of each individual customer and our response times are as fast as 4 hours. Our goal is to assure you that your critical infrastructure is in the hands of competent, experienced, and advanced field engineers.
Trained and Certified
Our engineers are trained and certified by all of the major server manufacturers including HPE, Dell/EMC, Sun/Oracle, IBM, Lenovo, and Cisco. We provide maintenance on all server types including IBM systems, legacy equipment, and industry-standard x86.
Global Stocking Locations
Our global network of forward stocking locations (FSL) ensure that we have the parts that you need, when you need them. If your critical server fails, replacements can be delivered according to your SLAs. We ensure your equipment is available when and where you need it.
